A family company with tradition

In 1912 started our sawmill, which is situated about 15 km south-east of Vimmerby. In this area grows an excellent pine, as well as slowly grown spruce. The sawmill has a strategic position, with only abt 60 km to the nearest shipping-port (Oskarshamn).

Hällerum Trä AB produce annually about 25.000 m3 sawn goods, with a split of abt 75 % pine and abt 25 % spruce. About 65 % of the production is planed in our planing-mill. We export about 70 %, while about 30 % is sold on the domestic market.
